How to access PDF-Chat
Make sure you are logged in to your CanDoo account.
You can create a new project by adding a new document or link. Additionally, you can open an existing project by clicking on the sidebar icon at the top left corner to open a side panel with a history of projects.
The chat feature is very similar to Case-Chat on CanLII; it answers questions about a single document and refers to sections within the PDF to support its answer.
By default, you are asking a question to the document you are viewing. The summarize button also operates on the document you are viewing.
The bulk question toggle allows you to ask one question to all documents within your project in parallel. This will result in a table with 2 columns with the filename and the answer beside it. The summarize button can be activated with the bulk question toggle to unlock a "bulk summarize" button.
