We're excited to share some important updates and improvements we've made this September, focused on enhancing performance, privacy, and specialized capabilities.
Over the summer, we dedicated our efforts to developing a specialized legal language model. Built with LLaMa-3, our model is fine-tuned on a custom-built legal corpus, allowing us to effectively process sensitive cases involving sexually explicit content that commercial models couldn't handle. This represents a significant step forward in our ability to offer comprehensive and nuanced support for legal professionals.
We've streamlined our Chrome extension's permissions to ensure they align precisely with the functionality we require. Previously, we held broader permissions than necessary, leading to a misleading display on the Chrome Store suggesting we accessed users' browsing history. This is not the case and the unnecessary permissions have been removed. Your privacy is our priority, and we are committed to transparently managing data access.
We've implemented several under-the-hood improvements to the query composer, resulting in increased stability and speed. You should notice a smoother and more responsive experience when crafting your queries.
